Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone was on the Rosemary Conley Inch Loss Plan or went to the fitness classes, I love doing her workouts at home and her 5% fat rule with meals is perfect for my xenical.
I'm a student and skint... I don't even have enough money to buy her book unfortunately, so I was wondering if I could get some more info from the lovely people here.
