Default Hello

I was on here a while back and I'd like to slip back in please...pretend you haven't seen me...I'm not here.

Just got back from two weeks in Tenerife and I've managed to let myself get to 19 stone. I'm not even going to pretend I don't know how because I do, cheesecakes, cider and full sugar coke. I've done all the quick fixes, you name it, i've tried it, lost loads and put it all back on and more. So I'm going down the eat right, exercise kind of route this time. Is there anyone out there with more than 10 stone to lose? It is a seriously big target but I'd love to speak to anyone who is on the journey or has reached their target.

hi heva,

i dont have over 10 stone to loose, im thinking i want 6 gone, there doesnt seem to be too much activity on the uk forum so try a few of the other ones (thats what ive done) the support on 3fc is so good.

its absolutely brilliant that youve decided to go down the healthy route, ive decided the same thing, it stuck me that when going through the "goal" forum 99% of people had lost their weight by healthy eating and exercise.

Whats been working for me has been calorie counting and im seeing results only 2 weeks and im never hungry you should try it, i really hope you reach your goal dont think about it as 10 just aim for one at a time - i cant wait to loose my first stone

Hiya

well i am in the same boat as you! I am 27 and weigh 266lbs, and have started the healthy/exercise way to lose this weight.

I have totally tried most if not all the diets out there, and it worked short term but ended up putting more on!

Would be great to keep in touch with you, help each other on this journey!
