I'm 29 from sunny Margate, and on a mission to lose some lbs (many many pounds lol)

I have 3 boys, aged 11, 9 and 5, they live with there dad due to me suffering with PND after the 3rd son was born,

I'm 14stone and 11lbs, not huge but i dont like it and would like to get to 12 stone as my 1st goal

I have mainly cut out chocolate from my diet, my main down fall 1 bit leads to 100...

I work mainly 6am until 3pm and im on my feet all day climbing up and down steps to check pallets are ok to be sent to stores, so thats my main exercise, yeah i have legs to die for

anyway dont want to waffle on for too long

Hi my darling, I am from Kent as well, Canterbury. Well done on your decision to do something good for yourself! None of deserves to live with the weight we are! I am also slimming down and I have eliminated chocolate and all the naughty foods I used to binge eat on! I figured I can't eat some of them so I don't eat none of them! I have also cut off bread, rice, pasta, potato and have lost some weight for the past two months. I am now on South Beach diet day 2 and I am surviving somehow. If you need support groups, there is OA in Folkstone, let me know for more info.
