Not a newbie but Hi

I last visited in November 2009.

Sorry not to keep up but don't have regular access to internet.

At my mum's at the moment because Dad died suddenly at weekend. So we are like zombies at the moment and trying to cancel his appointments/find his policies etc etc. Rest of family especially my brother have been great.

Not sure how my weight is but I should have dropped some as I had a bug for over 2 months which laid me very low and I was told to eat bananas (for potassium) so that was mainly all I could face eating for ages! Still not up to eating like I was (a good thing!!!).

Keep your pecker up and concentrate on what is really important at the moment - you, you family and your grieving.

As I am staying at mum's she is making sure I do not overindulge. It would not be fair to munch choccies in front of her anyway as she is diabetic.
