just wanted to say hi to all and make myself known
been fighting the flab now for 2yrs on and off...started at 205 pounds and at my lightest got to 143 pounds, after losing a family member and hitting the food for comfort i went right back up to 182.. so here i am back on the wagon and ready to fight the fat monster once again
