Hi all,

Not so new a noob here, just a long time lurker. Thought it time to get active on the boards for support and motivation to lose 124lbs. I plan to do this on a low carb style diet of lean proteins, low starch veggies and healthy fats. Also hope to get moving more.

I'm on the GL diet, low carbs and easy to do.

My best advice is to join the monthly weight loss threads and to weigh in on here each week. They're fun.
