Talking Sainsburies prepped salads question~

Hiya!

Now this might be a really stupid question~ But occasionally I have salads from Sainsburies & today I had the "Black rice & king shrimps" salad which comes with a little pot of dressing inside~
Now, the pack said it had 176 calories, but I was wondering, does that include the dressing? it's technically part of the pack, and doesn't say differently, but... but i just don't know!
Thanks

I'm not sure about this, but I do think that at Pret a Manger, their salad calorie counts DON'T include dressing, which really winds me up! You have to add on about 100 for their classic dressing.

As for Sainsbury's, I would have thought it did include the dressing...

I know that with Caffe Nero, the nutritional info for their salads includes dressing as it's stated on the packaging. So it can go either way, it seems. It might be worth emailing Sainsburys to ask, you should be able to find a contact email on their website.
