Fighting Fit In February...(All welcome to join)

Sorry to not have posted earlier, but have had a rough week and weekend. Not only a teething 11 month old, but my 4 1/2 year old has been off school all week with a viral infection in her ears and chest. She then managed to pass it on to me, plus like sophiebean, I had another major gall stone attack yesterday. So, sophiebean I can totally sympathise with you. I head to the hospital on the 18th, where they will take my bloods among many other things. They will then decide whether they are going to just get rid of my gall stones or remove my gallbladder. Personally, I am hoping for the latter! I am sick of being worried about having an attack with everything I eat! So, all in all, haven't had much time to be online. Anyway, I did manage to lose 1lb 6oz (now at 204.4lbs). It isn't much, but I will take it. Hoping to do better and feel better this coming week.

Sorry to hear you're suffering too Livybell. I hope they will just remove your gall bladder and you won't have to worry about it any more. I was discussing it with my sister who had hers removed a few years ago, and although having an op is never going to be something to look forward to, I think she was just so sick of being ill that by the time she had it removed it was just a relief, really. So, hopefully the two of you will be fighting fit before too long.

Ellie - you're allowed a glitch; I know you won't let it hold you back this week.

Touchmytoes - I don't know what you're like with films, but my daughter and I were traumatised by Marley and me! Anyone who has ever had to have a dog put down would feel the same way, I'm sure. Not to say don't watch it, because I enjoyed it, but just be warned. However, I am known to cry easily at films - I cried at Avatar and I seem to be the only person!

BTW - the fighting fit wasn't a pun on the thread!

Goal weight 252lbs

Well I'm back on track, this week I've lost the lb I gained last week

plus lost an extra 2lb

Current weight 254lbs

Hello there

I'm down three pounds, I don't know how that happened so quickly as I'm eating everything I should be and probably more, maybe it's a time of the month issue or maybe it's because it's so cold and I'm using up a lot of energy shivering.

Liveybell I hope your feeling better soon..

I had a very good week . I loved Dear john. It was a very good movie. I personally didnt like the ending but o well. Its a tear jerker all the same. I must agree with saying Marley and me is another movie you will feel inclined to shead a few tears over too...

Its offically monday and the start of a new week . hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is now ready for a new work week..lol

got the proposal instead to watch later...
stinking cold, no gym but am now weighing in at 134lbs...

went to hospital today to check all going ok with meds etc for the old baby thing..so far looking good

Hi everyone, I lost 1lb today. I didn't do any exercise last week but stuck to my points most days. Like touchmytoes I have a stinking cold, the first I've had all winter so I feel a bit wooly-headed.

think i may have put a little back on yesterday and today, as havent really been bothered about it...but as of next week i have to as hols in april and cant afford to buy anything extra to hide any weight gain!!
