Thanks Starbuck
Not sure I'll manage a big loss after the big loss this month but still going to try and keep up 2lb per week (and hoping to be 14 stones or less by the end of the month), and should be in Onderland sometime this month too
SW 203lb
CW 203lb

Hey all, here we go again!
SW: 183 (well, actually had a hiccup over the weekend which seems to have made me gain like 12 lbs back - but its so unbelievable that I can't bear to put it in writing, as am hoping it is a weird fluid retention and will be gone by tomporrow, 6 have already magically floated away again) so am sticking to my 183
Goal: 174
Has anyone else ever gained that much in the space of 2 days? I'm not saying I was an angel food wise, but I didn't even eat more than 4lbs worth of stuff - there was a substantial amount of wine involved though...

did you have a chinese or something ellie?
Chinese food is really salty and can make you put on pounds of water overnight. It'll go by the end of the week though i'm sure.

Yeah that happend to me a just over a month ago. My upper abdomen bloated severely and i gained 8lbs overnight. I presumed it must be water retention. I saw a doctor (because it became very painful) and it turned out i had an inflamed gall baldder due to calcium spots. Not to worry though, if your not in any pain it must just be water. It's impossible to put on that much weight overnight. As my doctor told me there's 3500 calories in 1lb of fat.. so you do the math! it's just can't be done!

Hey everyone
I've not been great for the last few days. Have been staying with family and visiting my boyfriend's parents. The diet is so difficult to stick to when you don't want to tell all the skinny people that you're on one. Or when there's good wine and cheese....oops
At least I haven't put any back on! I'm still at 223. Anyway, 217 is my (realistic) goal. It's a goal I set when I started - I get a new handbag if I reach it. Anyway, good luck everyone!

Thanks Guys!
Yes I did eat Chinese, and had all the leftover Rice for bingie afternoon snack the following day - and seeing as am on a pretty much no carb diet, I suppose that's what did it!
Am nearly back down though - so am even hoping for a 1lb loss when I post at weekend...
Off out training now!
