That's fantastic Ellie! Well done beescwee! Every pound off is a step in the right direction.

Another 4 lbs off for me too. I'm delighted because that's my first stone and 5% of my body weight. I'm now chasing the 1/2 lb I need to hit my November target next week & my next Silver 7.

Well done Shell! That's super! I'm sure you'll definitely meet your target

I'm desperate to get one more pound off so I can add another banana to my signature

Is that sad? (never mind!!)

Aw sorry Rainbow, I know how annoying that is. But next week you should have a lovely big loss in to the 190's

That must be so frustrating for you Rainbow, but don't let it get you down. Keep at it & next week the scales are bound to get moving.

Hi Guys..

well finally i'm down one more pound! one pound in two weeks is really disheartening... i know how you feel Rainbow! but don't worry... it'll pick up again soon.

sooo... i went shopping yesterday and i wandered into Primark, (which i think have rather small sizes) tried on a pair of size 16 jeans (which around a month ago looked a bit too tight on me) and dundundun THEY WHERE TOO BIG! omg i almost screamed with delight right there in the changing room!... the pounds may have slowed down but i must be losing inches!... i will have to start measuring!

beescwee, ellie & bakewell you all rock! Starbuck your doing great.. you set yourself a big target.. 5lb for 3 weeks is amazing!

The scales have moved again but not weighing in again until Saturday though so everyone will have to wait to see if I make it to Onderland this week . Actually think the kebab we ate on Friday (very stressful day and hadn't eaten ) may of caused some water retention so hoping for a whoosh by Saturday and have been drinking a lot of water in the last few days as well as being careful about what I eat. .

Hope everyone else is having a good week.
