Hi everyone

well my last weigh in day before christmas was another good one I lost another 2lbs this week.
Now just 8lbs away from my final goal. It would have been a wonderful christmas present to have reached it today, but I am happy that I am where I am and I am really looking forward to the best christmas I have ever had....I am according to the weight charts now officially Normal.... my hubby says I may be a normal weight but will never be Normal Cheeky Monkey...thats why he loves me

Hope everyone else has a good weigh in
and if I don't get a chance to get here again before

POSY YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION

to us all. I'm jealous, but in a nice way - I think what I am trying to say is that we all look at what we want to achieve, and sometimes it seems so daunting, but you have showed me that it is possible - I just need to do it.

Hi everyone

hope you all had a good christmas...I had a great time...I worked hard to stick withinmy calorie allowance which for the most part I didn't have any problems with ...until boxing day, when no matter what I ate I still felt hungry...I didn't give in though I stuck with it...TOM isn't supposed to arrive until next saturday but for how bloated, achy and snappy my moods are I thinkl it is going to arrive sooner rather than later, so when I got weighed this morning and I had lost a pound I was pretty pleased with it....Yeah I do feel as though I should have lost more, but that is probably only because I struggled on boxing day and yesterday and it just seemed as though I had worked harder than I actually did...but hey any loss at christmas time and when TOM is due is a great loss and I am pleased about it
Now only 7lbs to go and counting ...whooohooo

Way to go Ali I think, am praying, hoping, and wishing that I am on track today. I have eaten well so far, all good things. Hope I can keep going for the rest of the day. I think until New Years I will just try and take one day at a time.

Giving a festive loss of 6.5lbs and an over all loss of 11stone 11lbs since 27th July

lets hope next year is as good as this one

Well one of my dreams finally came true last night when I actually went to ride a horse. I managed not to fall off ...well that was until I came to dismount and as my legs hit the floor they just turned to jelly and I ended up on my bum ....hubby was there armed with the camera for that one...I've just added the photographs to my webpage if you want to see me on the floor

yes cat you do have to type it in but when you do it should take you straight into the gallery not to the main page
