I've lost nearly a stone in 6 weeks and all my clothes are too big!

Can't believe how good I feel, full of energy, and not hungry.

I've been so impressed with the results i've had, I've decided to help other people reach their goals.

What sort of magic potion are you on? Is it legal? So happy for you. Please share some of your secrets or is it pure, plain old fashioned padlock on the fridge, a guard dog on the pantry and alot of sweat?
