Good luck Cleophas. You've had a couple of good weeks so you probably could expect a bit of a slow down. Good luck kicking it uo a notch - you can beat it! Give it a good kick!
Ellie R - keep coming back and saying that! I could do with a constant reminder myself - one more time will do it, I will not have to do this again - with a little bit of help I think I could do it!

I seem to be stuck these last two weeks. Weighed in today at 250 and am fluctating between 250 and 251/252. I don't get what is going on. I am thinking of increasing my exercise regime.
good luck to everyone in this challenge. It sounds like some of you are doing awesome.

Thanks for the encouragement Stef, I checked this morning and it's going down again, the extra exercise is really helping

1lb lost - I'd be happier with that if I hadn't weighed myself on Friday when I weighed 1lb less than I do today Still, it's still 1lb and hopefully the other lb will show up again next week.

I can't believe it but the scale read 246.6 this morning at work where I weigh myself on the digital scale...
I am in awe... I don't know if its because I have switched up my exercises or not, but whatever it is I am happy

tochymytoes:
thanks for the message. I seemed to be stuck for two weeks then all of a sudden this happens....
I am cycling 10 min in morning AND 10 min at night along with about 4 kms a day of walking. 2 0f which are on the treadmill with a slight elevation at a steady pace= 11 min a km.
Between that and walking the dog and walking all over the hospital that would add another 2.
That's it really. Oh and proper diet ofcourse.
good luck on your journey...

Hi all.
OMGOSH well done to you all!
You are all doing so well!
Sorry for letting the team down, I'm not maing any progress at all.
I have had my re-focus at the gym, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference

Weighed in this morning at 252, so hit my target! Now let's see how much I can get off in the rest of the challenge!

Well done Cleophas, keep going!!
My advice would be to set another little target for yourself for the time left
