Do you have room for another one from across the ocean? I would love to join this challenge, as I've been in a slump for months now. With summer on the horizon, I feel at once disappointed in myself but also energized and motivated at the thought that I can and need to recommit - to losing, but also to health.

Unfortunately I've gained back to 156, and I'll set the goal to be at 149 by June 27... under 150.

Please let me know if it's ok for another non UK chick to join!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Things are going well here...I'll be working most of the day...which should keep from getting into too much trouble

Beckster: Good work on the 30 min jog!

I have added our 2nd American cousin, walking2 lose, and our Capital friend, merose.

I had a goodish day - diet OK, exercise no way! But as I am currentl fighting off hayfever that over the counter pills won't conatin, I'm not doing too badly (stuffy nose and all).

This GL diet is (on day 2) a good thing. Why didn't you lot tell me about it before? It is really easy to do and I still feel really stuffed - after religiously measuring everything and no cheating!

Hi all,

Thanks for welcoming me!

Stef - Thanks so much for coordinating this thread. I am SO glad to have accountability again because being accountable to just myself wasn't helping. Glad to hear you had a good day... what is the GL diet? I like the idea of being stuffed with no cheating!

Starbuck - great job on the loss!

I have been feeling really tired today... dragging around. I am trying to find the energy to work in the garden a bit and go for a walk. Since I am now committed to this challenge, I have also decided to start consistently counting calories again. So, I'm off to enter everything in dailyplate and go for a walk.

Be healthy!

Today ha been a weird day, yesterday I was really busy and forgot to eat but then went out and had 4 ciders, today was my usual post drinking eating fest unfortunately, half White baguette and salsa, roasted veg panini I'm seed bread, spinach and lentil burger and a salad...urgh ifeel so huge right now.

I think I'm going to have to quit the drinking or seriously cut down...I've been out nearly every night!

Greetings Friends!

Just to clarify, what days are our WI days for the challenge?

IamACrayon- I know for me personally that drinking a ton of water and green tea after a heavy driking night helps to get me back on track sooner. It really is never as bad as it seems!

Rainbow --That is so awesome! Keep up the awesome work!

I have not done great with eating today because we were served ice cream at work, and I did not turn it down. I'm leaving now to go on a 1 hour brisk walk with my friend/work out buddy. I feel a little like I'm coming down with something, so I hope I can keep up with her.

Have a good day, everyone!

Hungry- I'll try that next time, actually I ended up having a drink last night, but I've been feeling really full for the past few days and haven't really wanted to eat, so there are no post drinking munchies for me at the moment.

I'm not weighing myself until Sunday because I'm trying to get away from the fact that I'm a little bit addicted to doing it!

How is everyone?!
