The overhanging stomach is why I have the user name I do! It's disgusting. Thing is, I have tiny little hips, bum and thighs and big boobs but the majority of my weight is carried right in my tummy. Bleh. I'm dreaming of a tummy tuck and a breast reduction myself. Some day!

While I'm not in the UK, I do have a stomach that hangs. I hate it...I sort of look like a marshmallow pear like creature. Literally.
The only way to get rid of it is surgery, but I started at 340+ pounds and from what I hear from people, my stomach used to hang a lot more. So, weight loss does help obviously.
However, at some point surgery is the only option to get rid of it. Someday in the way distant future!

All I want for Christmas is liposuction!!!! Suck that tummy along with those love handles away! I can dream. I have never had this problem before in previous weight loss attempts. It is so depressing. Here I sit in my size 7 jeans and I look horrible because of the overhang. Maybe another 20 pounds and it will diminish.

Anyone tried Slendertone belt? I hear its very good and being of a wimp thought would try that before giving in to surgery

Yep got one of them too, and its lop sided, why is that?
If I could slice it off i would look great. the rest of me looks not bad for someone who weights 16.12 height helps I guess! No one would believe I am that heavy.

I have no babies and the lopsided tummy overhang. I sometimes call if my "butt tummy" because if I push the sides of my belly together towards my bellybutton it makes my pooch look just like a butt (a lopsided butt, at that)! Silly, I know, and it sucks! I also have big boobies that I wish were smaller. My Bra size right now is a 40DD. I want everything to shrink!

Yes - and I don't think there's much hope of it going after a I had 3 c-sections. I'm hoping there will be a big improvement as I lose weight though.

I have a stomach flap, and I bloody hate it! It only emerged when I put on the last stone of my weight, so I'm hoping that it'll go away as quickly as it emerged. If when I get to my goal weight it's not gone, I might get surgery on it, because I really really hate it.

I have a very large belly. That`s where all my fat seems to accumulate - in my belly. Hate it. It does not hang but rather looks like I was a few months pregnant.
I crave a flat tummy, but fact is - if I ever manage to lose the weight I`d expect a pouch which I would not enjoy, either. If I had a tummy tuck, I`d expect a long cut which I would not enjoy either.
Seems like I am doomed as I see no way of me ever getting the tummy I want. It`s too large for the empty skin to spring back into place if I ever managed to lose the fat. At mid-30ties, I am too old, too!
Any advice (apart from gymnastics, which I do?)

The overhang has definitely diminished in the last 2 months!!! While it will never be flat again, I think that it will be presentable here with a few more pounds gone
