wow !!! a brilliant group total that we have lost now

Sarah can you please move it all over to me...15 stone is the amount in total I want to lose...so if you give me all our groups losses i've done it ...

well I may have stayed the same again this week, but I'm not feeling down about it at all, I think I may have finally come to terms with how to deal with it...well I say that, but if this plateau stays around for too long maybe I wont feel so good. But at the end of the day as I've said before ...it's how I look and feel that really matters and I feel good and look better than I did, so i'm just going to keep plodding on doing things the way i've been doing them and I know it will start to come off again eventually

Another 1lb off this week - looks like i am winning the battle to stay under the 18 stone mark - the further down i go the less chance of crossing back over it!!

Well done Tracy and TQ. Nice talking earlier I have a loss albeit a little tiddly one. 1/2 a pound this week and I will admit to succumbing to a mini mint aero that arrived in a care package from England today. Don't feel guilty about it tho, it is one point
OK, everyone have a great week.
Talk soon,
Chris.

Well done, Tracey, TQ and Chris!!

Crikey - TQ - have you been starving yourself this week??

Chris - I have heard of some dodgy excuses in my time.... but a mini aero in a 'care package from England'???????????

Well done for keeping under that 18st mark, Tracey!

I am getting really bored with my 1lb loss a week... I just wish for a change it would be 2lbs! (It probably won't be any at all next week, now I've said that!!)

I need some advice. Does anyone know anything about fluid retention? I am puffing up again - and I haven't drunk any alcohol, so it can't be that this time. Any suggestions???? (And, no, I haven't eaten any extra calories!)
