i started the couch to 5k back in April. It's really easy to build up to, and i got really into it, i was running all over the national mall. But once summer hit in DC it got waaaaay to hot and humid and i was trying to put my wedding together and i slacked off, so now i'm giving it another go. I recommend you get really good running shoes though, and if you are prone to shin splints, walk on your heels after running. My husband used to run track and he told me that helps.
