I was having exactley the same conversation with my fella, hes in the army and a para so obviously is super fit and healthy, and doesnt understand my daily battle at all. I was reading somewhere that men and women tackle problems very differently, men approach things very logically where us girlies tend to be emotional, and for many of us our weight problems are indeed emotional. Damn slim other halfs!!!
