Default Height Weight Charts

Does anyone have an accurate height weight chart?....
The things that tell you your healthy weight for your height and whether you are in the correct zone and stuff?....
i know there are various BMI calculators, but they all tend to give different reaults when you put figures in!....

there is no such thing as an accurate height weight chart. by definition they are a generalised thing. for example my bmi was 30 when i had a 34" waist and i'm 6' tall. stick to the tape measure or if you can a tanita scale. again these are not exactly top draw on the accuracy. and you need to be in teh same condition each time. i.e dry. empty stomarch just out of bed or the results change. ignore height and weight charts they just another way to demoralise yourself

I really must agree with slimmingsi. When I was in my early 20's I went in for a physical and the doctor walked in looking at my chart and told me I needed to lose atleast 15 lbs. I was 5'2" and 125 lbs. He hadn't even looked at me. When I dropped my gown, he finally looked. I asked him where in the h*** I was supposed to lose it from. If I had lost that much I would have looked anorexic.

The women in my family have alot of muscle mass which, ofcourse weighs more than fat. I can carry off 150-160 without anyone but my man noticing. But, my ideal weight IS now 130-135.

i'd like to point out as a little annoyance of mine. muscle does not weigh more than fat. a lb is a lb regardless. muscle is more dense than fat, meaning it takes up less space and appears smaller.

picky i know but if people are here to get support and advice lets atleast get it as accurate as possilbe
