Hi Blondage33, welcome to 3fatchicks

If you're just starting on your weight loss journey, you've come to the right place, first off, start writing down what you eat, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, include milk for tea, soda's and all that stuff, That way you can see what you're eating which is good or bad and start off by deleting the bad things from your diet.

Do you exercise at all? If not, don't stress, that can start at anytime, try for the food awareness first... let us know how you get on, welcome again

Good luck
