All the best for that Vintage lover. I did well on Slimming World years ago though I let things slide. Goig back to it but won't be able to join a meeting until after Easter.

Some of us are opn WW, SLimming WOrld or Rosemary COnley etc and go to classes. SOme of us are doing it themselves. Have a look around the site and see. A class might give you a kick up the bum and support at the same time. It did help me when I went to SW but I cannot afford to go until after Easter now.

Can't afford SW so am weighing myself at Boots. Unfortunately, although the machine does not scream out your weight, the robot lady calls out instructions so that suddenly your corner of Boots becomes very interesting. Shut up robot lady!

To my horror I am 15st 6lb with a BMI of 36. Eek!

I have been at SW since Aug and have lost 2 stone. I am finding it hard to stay motivated. Last month I lost an underwhelming 3lbs in total.
I suppose I need to remind myself why I went to class in the first place
a) I would like to be able to go shopping and buy what I want not the only thing that fits in the shop i.e. a handbag

Ha ha Lily I know what you mean. Handbags are the only things that fit (I have wide feet so cannot easily buy shoes). I am reduded to buying the occasional bag, nail polish, lippie or eye shadow. Or socks. An can someone explain to me where they go????? Why do I never have a matching pair??
