In my Cardo Bounce plus tape there is warm up, into the serious stuff and cool down. It is done by 3 women at the same time, all working at different levels. You just choose the person you want to work with.
Is this the same on your tape. I don't want a tape where you start on the tramp and get off to do toning stuff. Is there a session on it of serious exercise (on the tramp, like aerobics) for about 20 mins cuz that's the bit I choose to do about 4 times per week(if I can). I really do need a change to keep my interest.
