Default August weigh in

Just for those who want to.
I have lost 2lb this week
My plan was to lose 4lb over the 4 weigh-ins for August. So another 2lb to go.

I wish I'd maintained I've put on 2. Hmph. The scales at Boots were wobbling like mad though so I don't think they're right.

2lb lost this week. Got a weigh-in to spare but have already reached my August target.

Good luck ladies with your weigh-ins this week.

I've completely fallen off the wagon. I'll probably weigh for a laugh tomorrow though.

Well done Kn1ghtbabe and Stef.

Due to T.O.M arriving early it has interfered with my weigh-in. That's what I think anyway. Maintained this week. But have met my target of losing 4lb in August.

Done my measurements today. Another inch off my bust, half of my waist and half of my hips. Why is it so difficult to get rid of those inches on the hips? Never mind the inch loss helps the fact that I only managed to maintain this week.
