Hi everyone, my name's Rachel, I'm 23 and am just coming to the end of my first wk on Lighter Life plan and i'm finding it really hard! i'm having a few concerns really and could just do with a bit of advice and support.
I would love this thread to be continued so it could be an ongoing place for people on lighter life to come and discuss various aspects of it and also to encourage eachother in our efforts.
I have lost at least 11lbs so far in my first week so i know it works, i am just finding it hard keeping away from even the likes of vegetables cos i'm thinking, how can they be bad for me?!"
i just think it would be nice to be able to speak to people either going through or who have gone through Lighter Life as none of my friends, family, colleagues etc.... can really understand.
