I'm just concerned that the average American eats the equivalent of a 2 month old horse and an average cat in red meat in one year

Nope, it's still there. The rooster hasn't been emasculated yet.

I'll avoid the other potential jokes about dropping a gold brick worth of weight once already...

(I've only been back a week, and you ladies are already bringing out this side of me again...bad bad bad!)
