I've got my motivation back!

After weeks of procrastination, I've finally managed to motivate myself to restart my diet and exercise programme. Since my weight has been maintained and I don't feel nearly as bloated and uncomfortable as I did a couple of months ago, I thought I could get away with eating what i want (to a point) and not really exercising. After all, I could fit into my old jeans again!

That said, yesterday I went clothes shopping. All of a sudden, my motivation came back! Yes, I was still the same clothes size, but the magic of mirrors is incredible. Well, not necessarily magic. Just the ability to see what you look like from the back!

My conclusion: Back fat is bad!

So... I'm back on my diet and exercise programme and hopefully will be gorgeous and slim for summer!

I'm not going clothes shopping for at least another month!

Wohoo Cammii it is a great and wunnerful thang when you get your motivation back (makes you wonder where the blighter went to , doesn't it!). Let's hope mine comes home soon with it's tail round it's legs!

Thanks for the support guys. Will work out at lunchtime today. Having a banana smoothie now! Healthy! Can't give up the alcohol though! V bad!
