Thank you for the lovely replies.....

I love doing Slimming World as i know i can lose the weight. but i always gain again once i stop.

Before, when i have done the SW diet, i have always stuck to red days, but a fellow member gave me loads of recipes for Green Days and now i love them. i even eat more on a green day. My favourite meal is home made syn free pizza. i can eat a whole one and not feel guilty! YAY!

Syn free Pizza

Green Day

Ingredients:

Mashed potato (instant is ok)

Onion chopped

Pepper chopped

Mushroom chopped

Passata

1 oz cheese-healthy extra a

Method:
Mould potato as if it was dough into a large ball then gently start flattening it (I turn it into an oblong shape) flatten down into a baking tray and put into a very hot oven.

When it is golden turn over in tray and cook other side.

While that is cooking fry the onions and pepper and mushrooms in frylight until soft and golden.

When base is ready put some passata on it spreading it along, top with fried ingredients then add cheese. Put under the grill until cheese is melted.

You can change or add different toppings making sure they are free on green day.

If not using cheese as healthy extra add 6 syns.

It's really tasty and filling!!

Thanks Frenchie, I'm going to try that this weekend, it sounds good! I'll have to add extra cheese though, in fact I can double it if I use the low fat cheese in my fridge and two healthy extras...I can feel myself drooling already
