Did anyone see that programme on sleep disorders last night?

2 different types of sleep disroders but it is doubtful the poor men got any rest! At least they got help and are being treated.

I made a point of watching it because I really enjoyed it last week I know that I sleep talk sometimes, but I am sooo glad that it's nothing like that! I felt really sorry for that guy when he fell out of bed and banged his head on the bedside table!

Ooh i did not know it had been on before. That is what happens when you buy one of those tv guides and are constantly losing them!

lol, that happens to me too - or else I just buy the wrong week! I think it's going to be on for about 8 weeks, and this weeks was only the second one so there should be lots more strange goings on yet
