Hello all!

I skived boxing! I'm a lazy Frus! Although my legs are screaming at me still but I will still take them to the gym at lunch and then kickboxing I think they might loosen off by then!

Oh and the scales are looking pretty normal - no change at all, but I must be holding on to some water weight in those sore muscles, so maybe I have really lost a bit! One can only hope!

Bizarre, here I am feeling all bloated and then the scales tell me I'm down half a pound or so. Not that I'm complaining

I've actually been a lot better with my eating for the past week or so. I've managed to kick a couple of nasty habits that had snuck into my eating, so maybe that is a genuine loss.
