I lost! Only a quarter of a pound, but at the rate I've been gaining lately, this is phenomenal.

I just checked in tonight...it has been months, and saw this challenge. I thought, "Maybe I'll just join at the last minute. I need to get back on track and this has helped me in the past." How are you girl? I don't see very many names that I recognize, but need to get back in the loop!
My goal is to lose 5 # by Thanksgiving.
Oct. 26 - - I lost .5#
November 2 Didn't make weigh in but by my scales I am down 1.5#
I haven't weighed in because of attending football games...but by my scales I have lost 3#. Will weigh in this Thursday

Just checking in to say "Hi". I know this is a challenge board, but just felt the need to give encouragement to everyone! Just remember that you are doing this for yourself! I need encouragement myself...I'll get back on Friday! I won't be able to weigh in this week nor next week, but I will post what my scales say. (Grandson has football games that I feel that I must attend!) Catch ya later...
