there are lots of light frozen dinners on the market

Default LOWFat

Seems like everything is LowFat,Fat free these days...Using I cant Beleive Its Not Butter Spray helps but one has to be careful to be sure and have their THREE fats per day.

As for menu's ,I havnt a clue except to incorperate everything on the food group and keep portions down...

Did I mention I gained one pound yesterday..
Boy do I feel rotton today,,,,Im back on the wagon.

I will be interested to see some of the menu suggestions too.

Aw, CBabe. Sorry to hear you're feeling so blue.

Low Fat...

The Low-Fat meal that is a big hit 'round these parts, and is SUPER easy, is veggie tacos!

-- 1 lb veggie ground round
-- 1 taco kit
-- low fat cheddar cheese
-- jalepenos and chiles
-- fresh organic tomatoes!

Just follow the directions on the taco kit. This meal is so simple, and if members of your family insist on the fatty beef version, you can cook it in a different pan, or if you're not vegetarian yourself, cook the beef first, then your veggie beef in the same pan later so you have some of the beef flavour but not all the fat!

I will post more ideas later! Good luck to you
