I need to get immediately back on track today ... last night, I went to the movies with a friend and ate not only an entire bag of Reese's Pieces (you know, the big ones?), but 2 portions of licorice. But I am noticing progress. Once I wouldn't have thought twice about eating a whole bag of Reese's Pieces, and I would have had popcorn with it, too.
B: 1 banana + 3/4c berries + 2c coffee w/1% milk
L: 1 meatball (big) + 1/2c spaghetti noodles + sauce + 3 pc garlic bread + 1 bar
D: 1/2c of pasta w/vegetables

last night must have been movie night I went to see ice age2 the melt down and was emotional and ate pop corn and soda and felt really yucky this morning. so I know how ya feel girl friend
Breakfast salad with refried beans and soy sour cream
lunch vegitable soup
dinner now this is the sticky part going to a bbq I know they have veggy brats and burgers but I'm not sure what ealse wish me luck

Ok... that is progress and since you've already kicked yourself and picked yourself back up I won't add to it.. next time save the honors.

D: andouille-sausage/pepper stir-fry w/2 tortillas

lunch grilled cheese with fries, and a mr. pib
dinner cucumber with dressing,fruit and maybe some m&m's(it's wednesday)
Breakfast Maureen’s Morning glory salad 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, ˝ a container of strawberries and ice berg lettuce (Ice Berge is really good in fruit salad who knew)
Lunch rainbow slaw ˝ cup slaw mix, ˝ cup shredded carrots, raisins a hand full, some orange and ˝ cup of beets caned (Dr. F said to eat them raw but I didn’t have any)
Popeye blended salad spinach ˝ a cucumber, ˝ a container of strawberries and the rest of yesterday’s smoothie.
Dinner kale bean soup, big green salad with cabbage Casper, and shredded carrots and “ranch Dressing.”
Today is a new day you can do it in our frirndship circle you go girl put something in your car so you wont get so hungry. I plan on getting a box of granola bars a sticking a few in the car.
