Default Sunday Menu

I need to get immediately back on track today ... last night, I went to the movies with a friend and ate not only an entire bag of Reese's Pieces (you know, the big ones?), but 2 portions of licorice. But I am noticing progress. Once I wouldn't have thought twice about eating a whole bag of Reese's Pieces, and I would have had popcorn with it, too.

B: 1 banana + 3/4c berries + 2c coffee w/1% milk
L: 1 meatball (big) + 1/2c spaghetti noodles + sauce + 3 pc garlic bread + 1 bar
D: 1/2c of pasta w/vegetables

last night must have been movie night I went to see ice age2 the melt down and was emotional and ate pop corn and soda and felt really yucky this morning. so I know how ya feel girl friend

Breakfast salad with refried beans and soy sour cream
lunch vegitable soup
dinner now this is the sticky part going to a bbq I know they have veggy brats and burgers but I'm not sure what ealse wish me luck

Weigh-in day today! And I lost 6.25 pounds! Yay.

B: 2 pc peanut-butter toast + 1 banana + 20oz coffee w/milk
L: pasta salad (2 servings vegetables, 2 grains, 1 protein)
D: 1 brat + 1 bun + 1c cooked spinach and mushrooms (in 2t butter)
S: 1 piece Reese's Peanut Butter Cup pie

B: 1 banana, 1 pear, a few chunks of watermelon, 2 Ryvita crackers
L: pasta salad (vegetables, pasta, dressing)
D: andouille-sausage/pepper stir-fry w/2 tortillas
S: Reese's Peanut Butter Cup pie

Default Wednesday Menu

B: an andouille sausage w/1oz cheese and a whole-wheat tortilla, 20oz coffee
L: same pasta salad as yesterday + 1c green pepper strips
S: 12oz coffee w/milk, 1 roll
D: miso soup (220 cal) + 1oz summer sausage + 1oz cheese + 1 serving watermelon

breakfast banana
lunch grilled cheese with fries, and a mr. pib
dinner cucumber with dressing,fruit and maybe some m&m's(it's wednesday)

Default Thursday Menu

B: 1 bowl (1.5c?) frosted shredded wheat with skim milk + 1 pear + 2c coffee w/skim milk (ick)
L: Mexican salsa (10 shrimp, salsa/vegs, 1/2 avocado) w/baked corn tortilla chips + 3c salad (mixed greens, mushrooms) w/f-f dressing
D: White Castle! Was late getting home, DS had already eaten ... 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 fries

B: 1.5c corn flakes, 2T raisins, 1T almonds, 2c coffee w/1% milk
L: 2c salad (mixed greens, spinach), 1T dressing, Mexican salsa (shrimp, avocado, salsa, vegetables), 1 tortilla (baked)
S: 1 poppyseed croissant, 1/2 chocolate donut (ugh, I caved on Donut Payday!)
D: salmon, green beans, roasted potatoes w/olive oil
S: 1oz cheese

I did manage about a 30-minute walk with a coworker!

Breakfast Maureen’s Morning glory salad 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, ˝ a container of strawberries and ice berg lettuce (Ice Berge is really good in fruit salad who knew)

Lunch rainbow slaw ˝ cup slaw mix, ˝ cup shredded carrots, raisins a hand full, some orange and ˝ cup of beets caned (Dr. F said to eat them raw but I didn’t have any)

Popeye blended salad spinach ˝ a cucumber, ˝ a container of strawberries and the rest of yesterday’s smoothie.

Dinner kale bean soup, big green salad with cabbage Casper, and shredded carrots and “ranch Dressing.”

Today is a new day you can do it in our frirndship circle you go girl put something in your car so you wont get so hungry. I plan on getting a box of granola bars a sticking a few in the car.

L: tacos: 3oz ground beef w/seasoning + onion/peppers/tomatoes/cilantro/salsa + red pepper strips
S: 1/2 cookie, 1c mixed fruit
D: 1/2 entree leftover shrimp chow mein + 2 pc pizza + 1c chopped peppers

Good morning,

breakfast same as yesterday Maureen's morning glory salad, 1 banana, grapefruit, strawberries, letuce.

lunch rasberries, and rainbow slaw,

dinner not sure yet but I'm thinking mexican salad with tofuty

I didn't eat soup for dinner I had some beans instead then later some cherries and a some tofu spread with carots.
