Default Wednesday Menu

B: 1 french-toast muffin from Caribou Coffee (470 calories!), 20oz coffee w/cream (I didn't eat dinner last night and either felt ravished this morning or felt like I could splurge on a few calories)
L: 4 ryvita crackers + 2oz laughing cow cheese + 1c cucumbers + 1c broccoli
D: 2oz whole-wheat pasta, 4oz chicken, spaghetti sauce w/extra red/green/yellow peppers and mushrooms added, 1oz feta + 1c cooked broccoli
E: met a friend to walk trails for 45 min. Maybe not great exercise, but it corroborates my "active lifestyle" and it was better than meeting for a drink.

I love fitday.com. I try and post my foods there everyday too!

I had a Stouffer's Corner Bistro meal for lunch today. OMG it was SO good. It was the seafood scampi with green beans and yellow carrots! Definately worth a try! It was 410 calories so that won't be an everyday kind of meal for me, but it was very filling!

Thumbs up Thursday Menu

Hey GG! Hope today goes better! Can you figure what triggered the need for sugar snacks yesterday?

Jennie, I like fitday too, but I find it tedious to use every day for foods. I try to jump in there every few weeks to calculate an average meal, just as a check-point. I suppose it gets easier once you get all your favorite foods in there, as people often tend to eat the same thing frequently.

B: 1c cottage cheese + 1 kiwi, 2c coffee w/1% milk
L: 4oz chicken + spaghetti sauce with added mushrooms, r/g/y peppers + 2oz w-w pasta
S: a small piece of key lime pie from Baker's Square
S: 1oz cheese
D: 2 servings Tuna Helper (forgot the butter, though), 1c cooked green beans

E: meeting a friend for a bike ride, on the same trails I was on yesterday
