Last night (7-01-04) was my first gain in 5 weeks. I was really upset with myself, but you know what? This morning I've decided to look at it as a warning bell. I was getting a little lax about journaling my food, and not really working out with a lot of effort...time to pull up those ole boot straps and work hard again!
