July 1 -1.5#

July 8 +2 Up and down we go Might as well laugh about it.

July 15 -1# At least I am maintaining

July 22 -7# Due to water pills that doc gave me

July 1.......-3/4

July 8.......on vacation

July 15......same....long way to July goal!!

July 22......

July 29......


July goal....-6 lbs

July....09 ~ -.50

July....16 ~+.75 wrong way!!

July....23 ~ +.50 wrong way again!

July....30 ~ +2.00 Ended the month with a 1.75 lb. gain.

July 1- +1.75

July 8-No weigh in...I'm on vacation

July 15-Determined to be down at least 2 lbs!

July 22- Hope to be under 245

July 29-Hope to be knocking at the 230's

Last night (7-01-04) was my first gain in 5 weeks. I was really upset with myself, but you know what? This morning I've decided to look at it as a warning bell. I was getting a little lax about journaling my food, and not really working out with a lot of effort...time to pull up those ole boot straps and work hard again!

Hope everyone is excited about a new month...and what we can do with it.

Started South Beach Phase one 5/15/2010 at 173 pounds and ended phase one at 165.5, I lost 7.5 pounds during phase one...now phase two begins
