Default August Weigh-ins only
Good luck to everyone. I'm going to end up the month with a loss. I read an article about not saying I'm going to 'try', but saying I 'will'. So....I WILL have a loss this month!

Aug. 01.....-1 lb. Hooray!!

Aug. 08.....-2.00 lbs. yes! ! !

Aug. 15....-.25

Aug. 22....+.50 I WILL do better next week.

Aug. 29...-2.25 lbs. that give me a 5 lb. loss for the month. YEAH!!!

I'm another WILLING soul this month. Went back to meetings after being away 9 weeks and gained almost 6#'s......so I WILL make downward progress this month!!!!

Aug 6 - +1/2 pound

Aug 13 - + 2 pounds. WRONG WAY!!!!!

Aug 20 - DOWN 1#

Aug 27 - Didn't weigh-in. Visiting with out of town guests.

SOOOOOOO, I ended the month with a gain of 1.5#'s. Not good!

AUGUST
1 -1
8 -1/2 yehhhhh 7th week no gains
15 -1.50 yehhh 8th week no gains love it
22 -2 yehhhhh 9th weeks no gains yehhhhhh
29 -1 .25 10 th week no gains yehhhhhhhhh
YEHHH STARTED OUT THIS MONTH IN BLUE SO HAPPY WITH ME. GOOD LUCK TO ALL FRIENDS. LaDean

as of today 8/15 I have not gained in 9 weeks. so happy trooper i am for sure. Hey everyone is doing so great to. lets lose together and we can and we will. good luck to all.

this is week#9 no gains. lost 12 1/2 lbs and total i have lost 20 lbs i am so happy.. yehhhhh

AUGUST MONTHLY LOSS~~~~~~~ 6.25 LBS

Talking I am hoping for "any" loss.
Hopefully I can continue and end up with a loss. I will take anything

Aug 7 +5.5 #. This stinks
August 14 -.50 not much but I will take it
August 21 turtle beats a gain
August 28 Another turtle. Maybe this means I am going to start going the other way

August 7- Will be on vacation - no weigh in.

August 14 - Ill...did not weigh in

August 21 - -2#

August 28 -

First weigh-in for the month of August is off to a very good start!
THIS IS THE THIRD WEEK IN A ROW OF HAVING A LOSS!
Second week up one. I'll do better next week!
August 7th: -3/4 of pound!

August 14th: +1 pound

August 21st:+1 and 1/2 pounds

Flgal. thanks so much . i am so happy i am losing steady now. this is what i have worked for. just small losses but each week. garden time and eating alot of things from it. good luck to you. your doing great also. LaDean
