Just checked in after a while of being quiet and saw the new Bio. Wecome, Nora!

I've been chugging along with my weight loss...down to a new low for the year of 202 pounds. What's been working for me is a contest at our TOPs. We each have a partner and we get various points for contacting our partners, physical activity and keeping a written menu. The prize is a gift certificate at a health spa (massage?!).
