Walking 4 miles everyday. Feeling pretty good about that. I even managed to lose a pound!!

One pound down.....soooo many more to go!

WTG MARTI!

Well, I got in 5 days of water...better than nothing. Only got one in yesterday because we were running around and when we are out and about I won't drink any water. But today is going strong with 2 down and 2 to go. Won't be a problem today.

I won't do a challenge next week though. It seems when I know I have to do something I always mess up so just going back to how I was doing it before, no challenges, no goals. Just doing it.

Tomorrow is a new day for me and I am starting once again getting back on track. Only exercised twice last week which is sad.

Whoa Marti! Way to Go!!!!! I thought I was doing great at one mile. You are awesome!!! Well, you are an inspiration. One of these days maybe I'll be able to do that.
I was a total failure at walking this week. I can't even use my ankle as an excuse. I didn't even keep up on my water consumption. My poor little water chart is pretty bare.
I think I'd better go back to counting my glasses of water and not put myself on the spot with the walking. I'm just going to say that I'm going to move more and leave it at that.
