What I Ate Today - Mon 8/7 - Sun 8/13



  • Anyone care to join me in posting your food intake - I could use the company! but be honest - even if it hurts! LOL

    Breakfast:
    2 coffee/blk
    2 eggs, fried

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb fudge bar
    24 oz water

    Lunch:
    1 cup veggie chips w/sour cream
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    1 coffee/blk

    Dinner:
    1 cup green beans
    1 small piece steak
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
    24 oz water



    Lunch:
    ?????
  • Wow CJ!! Congrats on eating a proper breakfast!!!!! OK, well atleast something other than 2 cups of coffee, LOL LOL

    I've been a bad bad girl today:

    B- South Beach Diet Cereal bar
    S- handful of pretzels
    S- 15 pistaschios
    L- McDonalds Chicken Selects
    about 15 french fries
    Large Diet Coke and a refill before we left, LOL
    S- Sugar free York peppermint pattie (I was dying for chocolate today!!)


    On a positive note, I did get up at 5 am and went for a walk with the dog, that has to count for something!!!!
  • But Tami - remember that I was also having a protein bar with that coffee! LOL
