What I Ate Today - Sun 7/16 thru Sat 7/22

    Breakfast:
    2 coffee/black

    Lunch:
    1 cup sweet cheeries
    24 oz water
    1 coffee/blk

    Dinner:
    1 white fish
    broccoli
    1 cup tomato basil soup
    1 dinner roll
    24 oz water w/lemon
    1 coffee/blk

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
    24 oz water

    Bologna sandwich (ff bologna, lite bread)
    2 cucumbers
    small bag baked cheetos
    diet mt dew

    later I plan on having green beans I cooked last night,
    the first from the garden...yummy
  • LOL, today was grocery day..............had to have a few nibbles.

    Apple Cinnamon Cheerios with skim milk
    Handful of pistachios
    Handful of blueberries
    10 little pretzel goldfish
    one small bite of a cookie
    Lean Cuisine Spaghetti Entree (yuck and double yuck on this one)
    about a two liter of diet coke so far

    Can't be an angel all the time, LOL

    Breakfast:
    2 coffees/black
    1 lo-carb protein bar

    Snack:
    24 oz water

    Lunch:
    3 slices swiss cheese
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    1 small pork chop
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup cucumbers in sour cream
    1 small slice strawberry fluff pie w/whip cream
    1 coffee/blk

  • Last night I had a cup of Chicken Gumbo for dinner and a bowl of watermelon, cantaloupe and blueberries.

    So far today:

    Apple Cinnamon Cheerios with skim milk (LOL, no suprise here)
    I bottle Dasani Lemon Water (ok so it has splenda in it so more like a soft drink)
    1/2 a deli dill pickle from the gas station with a huge diet coke (kids went to camp and mommy and daddy were thirsty!!)
    Lean Cuisine Almond Chicken (this was good!)
    cup of green grapes


    CJ- do you always just have coffee for breakfast??? I can't do coffee or anything hot so far as a beverage. Maybe try some Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, LOL LOL LOL
  • Tami - so funny - lol! YES I always have coffee for breakfast - must have my coffee! But, sometimes I do have something with the coffee but lately with this heat and humidity we are having I just don't feel like eating. Actually, I do have some Kelloggs flakes w/strawberries but I was out of milk! I did have a lo-carb protein bar this morning - added it to my list. Hmmm.. I'll have to try out those apple-cinnamon cheerios!
  • LOL, I like Trix the rabbit cereal too. I buy it for the kids but end up eating it as well. I figure the sugar isn't so bad if its my only sugar vice. Some days i do the diet cereal type bars for breakfast but then I always feel hungry, I want real food here.

    Diet Coke is my coffee in the morning, okay............all through the day.

    Snack:
    24 oz water

    Lunch:
    1/2 cup black cheeries
    2 coffees/blk
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    ??? probably kielbasa and veggies

    Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
    1 pizzelle lemon cookies (23 calories)
    Healty Choice Turkey and Mashed Potatoes Entree
    1 cup strawberry and blueberry mix with a tsp of slpenda (California strawberries aren't my favorite, they need some sweetner)
    ok, bad girl confession time..................1 small McDonalds ice cream cone on my way to pick up the kids from camp.

    I cleaned both the kids rooms, the bathroom, kitchen and living room while they were gone today without the a/c on. I hate a/c and really worked up a sweat (thats gotta count for something, LOL)
