What I Ate Today .. Wed 6/7 - Sun 6/11



  • Posting what I eat daily seems to help me. Come join me in posting your food intake daily. I will start a new thread each week and post what I eat (or plan to eat) daily - good or bad! I hope you will join me - sometimes it helps to be more “honest” if others are watching!

    OK – here we go!

    Breakfast:
    1 lo-carb protein bar
    2 coffees/black
    water: 24 oz

    Lunch:
    1 hamburger patty w/cheese (no bun)
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    24 Tostitos corn chips w/2 tbsp sour cream
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    1 hamburger w/bun, cheese, mayo
    1 coffee/blk
    24 oz water
  • I don't have time to count all my points cause I still want to go to bed. But I will post what I had today.

    after WW meeting:

    one 2 pt low carb bar from Sam's Club-it has apples and raisens in it. This girl from our WW meeting takes orders every month. I put them in the freezer and they are great and keep me going.

    Lunch out
    Diet Rite-0 pts
    Bowl of bean with ham soup, small cornbread muffin
    one piece of broasted chicken
    Iced tea-unsweetened-0

    1 1/2 turkey patty
    Brussel sprouts-0
    Skim milk-2

    small amount of chicken salad-home made with almonds
    Slim A Bear-2 point ice cream sandwichs.
    Skim Milk-2

    Thats all I think, haed to do this from memory, forgot to bring my journal with me in my purse. Come on guys, join in with us!

    Thursday, June 8

    Breakfast:
    1 lo-carb protein bar
    2 coffee/blk
    24 oz water

    Will be back later for lunch and dinner. we are going out to a special dinner at Victories - I'll do my best to eat well, but I know they will have "dessert" ...

    Lunch:
    1 hot dog - no bun
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    OK .. I warned you!

    spinach salad w/raspberry vinegrette dressing
    1 glass of blush wine
    1 dinner roll
    1 slice beef
    1 chicken shiskabab w/tomatoes
    1 small piece of white fish w/rice
    2 cups coffee/black
    16 oz water

    not too too bad eh? But .... here's the kicker! DESSERT! one piece of double chocolate fudge cake - oh my gosh - it was soooooooo rich! I actually only ate 1/2 of it!
  • So far today:

    Breakfast:
    3/4 cup Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
    1/2 cup skim milk

    Lunch:
    South Beach breakfast burrito -160 calories
    Cheese stick - 60 calories
    1/2 cup watermelon and green seedless grapes- who knows!!

    Dinner tonite will probably be a hamburger sans the bun, some squash, green peppers and vidallia onions sprayed with a little I Can't Believe Its Not Butter spray and spiced up with a bit of garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper. and of course some watermelon!! I am addicted to watermelon BTW

    Not sure this is all good for me but it appears to be working, down to 180 two days ago, thats about 20 pounds for me in 6 weeks.
  • Good job Tami - thanks for joining us ... I think it helps to see what you are eating in print and to see what others are having also. MMMmmmmm - that watermelon sure sounds good to me right now.

    1/2 Belgian Waffle w/strawberries and whipped cream! Mmmmmmm good!!!

    OK - back later for lunch and dindin ... and I promise I will be good for the rest of the day!

    Lunch:
    20 mini corn chips
    1 coffee, black
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    24 oz water
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar

    Dinner:
    2 coffee/black
    3-egg omelet/plain
    1 cup brocoli w/cheese
    1 slice wheat toast

    Breakfast:
    1 lo-carb protein bar (Carb-Wise)
    2 coffees/black
    24 oz water
  • Let's just call the rest of Saturday and Sunday a day! I am now going to start a new thread for this week - Monday thru Sunday - so come on and join me and let's try to do a perfect OP week! See you on the new thread!
