SUE ~~ You have a good point there. I forgot that I would also have a tummy tuck after I lost all of my weight, lipo and a brest reduction and lift. I want that last one really bad!

ok I have to change my answer to include the same as you ladies! I want the girls put back to where they used to me! And I figure that to get that way I would put myself in the same place that Wyona Judd put herself in,,,do a bit of the therapy thing along with the learning to eat healthy/ier. I think I would take a holiday before that,,,then again aftermy rehab,,,a long holiday,,explore Europe. Maybe even explore my own country...lol

Day 4 no white sugar,,,still feeling good. Ate plain cheerios for breakfast, then soup for lunch. One of the ladies brought me a diet Crush sweetened with Splenda...still don't like the taste. So there is no chance of me doing the diet anything even sweetened with Splenda.
Had bbq steak, some pasta and cukes chopped up.

Any plans for the weekend?
