Default need to lose 100 lbs by October

Hi y'all,
My oldest daughters volleyball senior night is my inspiration to lose 100 lbs. I am working out 5-6 days a week and have started eating healthy, cutting out sugar and eating mostly organic food items. I was wondering if anybody thinks this is possible to do in 6 months????? I don't want to be the fat mom at her senior night!!!! Any ideas, tidbits......etc are much appreciated!!!

100 pounds is a lot...that is 16 pounds a month...2 pounds a week is is only 8 pounds a month. I would shoot for sticking to your program, rather than a number...The scale can be tricky and there are so many motivating factors besides the numbers. Continue working out, drinking water, eating healthy and not stressing about the numbers...Let your clothes and the way you look show you the difference. Good luck!
