Sorry for not posting for the last few weeks but i was really ashamed of the fact that i fell off the wagon. I didn't go to the gym and i wasn't following my diet and i was too scared to step on the scale. But i went to my dietitian yesterday and i got the shock of my life. I actually lost weight. Stress was killing me, but as soon as i got home for my 2 week vacation, the weight just started coming off by itself. Becasue i wasn't stressing over work and dieting, i just naturally lost weight. I'll try not to let it happen again. Congrats to all the pople who have managed to lose weight. Keep it up. I'll probably post again on tuesday. Bye for now...
