My goals for the week are:
Diet: 3 meals with healthy snacks when the cravings hit
Exercise: 30-45 min., 5 days a week
Water:4-5 glasses
Goal: Finish my spring gardens
Reward: A new shirt or sandals since my puppy I got last year ate through about 7 pairs of my shoesl.

Mind if I join too? Here's my goal the rest of the week.

Food: 1300 calories a day
Exercise: 30-60 minutes elliptical daily, sunday off
Water: 4 bottles a day
Non diet goal: clean craft area and computer desk filing
reward: if I can stick to this all week...sunday I get a new haircut!

I'm really looking forward to being big losers with you all! Good luck!

Today I didn't exercise (Wah) I got up too late to exercise before getting ready for work. Tomorrow I'm off and plan to do an hour of exercise and probably an hour or more of housework .

Anyway, as far as calories and diet, my >1600 calorie plan worked for last night and I only consumed 1575. Close! Today I only consumed 405 calories so far! So I'm looking forward to a salad when I get home with tuna on top, and chicken breast and gravy for dinner with brown rice, and maybe a little treat. Hey I got 1200 calories left to work with . I'll try to limit it to 1000 tonight.

Middle of day 2 and I'm doing great! Yesterday was good for food and I drank all my water. So far today I went to the gym on my lunch hour and plan on taking my dog for a walk after work since the weather is nice. Haven't had much water today so have to get going on that. Can't wait until the end of the week, I want that new workout outfit BAD!

Day two went well. I did Richard Simmons 60's Blast Off (30 mins) and drank all my water and had two healthy snacks and one that contained sugar free hersheys eggs (semi-healthy!!!). Can't wait for tomorrow. Bring it on.

today went well too, drank all my water, did 3o mins of weights and a 30 mins walk...ate 2 snacks and 3 meals!!!

I ate so much last night. From chips to jerkey to pie, I got bored and ate. However, if this is the only night I binge I will still reward myself bc I ate three healthy meals two other healthy snacks and all my water and for trying hard. I do feel guilty but that means a longer workout today. Oh well.

Buckneram: I too am a boredom eater, that is what I decided to start crocheting...I figure if I keep my hands busy I won't eat....so far so good...except I SUCK AT CROCHETING!!!! hahahah

Ok. So today was day 3 for me and with a 2lb wait loss already, yeah i know its water weight but yeah it feels good im a daily weigher. which i should really get out of coz i know myself that if i go up then i moan about it all day. need to kick the habit.

well my goals
Diet: Control my cravings, picked this coz its summin that everyone has to do in the first week
Goal: Feel Happier in myself, ive felt crap for a couple of weeks now as the weight was going on not off.
Reward: As the sun is starting to shine here in sunny england a pair of the nice sunglasses ive looked at for weeks.

so theres my goals. not great ones this week but better off starting like that.

so what is everyones diet then?

Hey all
today was day 3 for me. All is good in the hood!!! I had pizza for dinner, but got the thin crust and made it a veggie, no dipping sauce, only one slice of garlic bread, big change as i would have had 3 or 4...

I did 40 mins of walking, 10 on the stairmaster and 10 on the elliptical plus 35 mins of weights!!

only 2 more days this week!!
