Ok. So today was day 3 for me and with a 2lb wait loss already, yeah i know its water weight but yeah it feels good
im a daily weigher. which i should really get out of coz i know myself that if i go up then i moan about it all day. need to kick the habit.
well my goals
Diet: Control my cravings, picked this coz its summin that everyone has to do in the first week
Goal: Feel Happier in myself, ive felt crap for a couple of weeks now as the weight was going on not off.
Reward: As the sun is starting to shine here in sunny england a pair of the nice sunglasses ive looked at for weeks.
so theres my goals. not great ones this week but better off starting like that.
