Yah but we don't get points for it ! I didn't count my tea... it has to be just water right? I have a meeting tonight at church! Fortunately they are very close friends and will understand if I have to excuse myself to the bathroom every 30 seconds LOLOL.

Good for you for getting the exercise in, Wendy. I have a little over an hour too and hope to get in a few minutes to round up to the next 20 minutes.

Oh yah 64 ounces is half a gallon... so I had a gallon. I thought we got a point for each 64 ounces...??? It there a one-point per day limit? Actually I normally drink FAR more than that per day! I am never without it, and even take a water bottle to bed with me... always have!

Lydia, you have a cut-off for water? I couldn't stand it... LOL I HAVE to have a water bottle right by my bed and I drink on it before I go to sleep and every time I wake up. But then I am sitting here at 9:35 with coffee LOL
