Beautiful Me in 2006 #2!!!
Hey ladies, I hope you all had a good week!
I did, I lost 1.6 pounds. That's fine with me, so I'll start it off with
acire- 210.4
rosario- 230
Rosario, that's okay!!! The thing is being accountable for yourself, and it doesn't matter what the scale says, as long as you're sure to weigh in every week. NO MATTER WHAT, I'm proud of you. This is a new week, don't get discouraged. We've all been there, and it can turn into such a vicious cycle. Let's make it happen IN 2006!!!!

Lost one pound this week and I actually didn't have too high expectations either. I've been slacking so much in terms of exercise and I've been eating stuff I shouldn't have. I'm trying to get back on track this week...but all my friends are going out to supper tonight so it's going to be rough!

I say don't limit yourself, just eat sensibly!!! Congratz on the 1 lb. That's still a good thing. If you lose 1 pound every week for a year thats 52 pounds, so every little bit counts!!!

Sigh. Up two pounds from last week but that was expected since I've neglected exercise, ate too much fast food, and stressed out over a house purchase. I'm back to my salads and walking at lunch this week. I can't wait until I move into my new house..then I won't be able to afford to eat!

Hahaha, and moving lets you lose weight too.
That's okay CMF.
Walking DOES do the trick. You can lose 2 pounds by wating how you normally eat and walking 30 minutes a day. Imagine how much you can lose if you diet and walk at the same time!! A LOT!!!

Come on girlies!!! Let's not forget to weigh in. It's good to keep track and if we're not losing it pushes us to make the right decisions when it comes to food and excercise. Let's keep motivated everybody!
Acire-congrats on the 1.6lb weight loss. good job and thanks for all the motivation!

Thanks for weighing in ladies
The few of us that are committed to this will hopefully reap the results. Don't worry if you gained weight, this week will be THE week!

Well in better news, I'm down another pound so I'm almost back to where I was after my 23 pound weight loss from Mid-December through March. I'm hoping to be under 244 by next weigh in. ::crosses fingers:: I'm becoming scale obsessed...but it's allowing me to catch pounds before they creep up to be like 10 POUNDS instead of just two.

I'm here! I'm here! Let's see, I estimate 193 on Feb. 27 (missed that weigh in) and now I'm 188. Should we put my weight at 190 for Monday then? Or at 188? Now I'll remember to come in here on MONDAYS. It will give incentive to behave on the weekends. Guess what, girls? A FULL week binge-free. YAY!!! And I exercised all this week. I'm finally super re-focused.
Anyone have sweet gum trees in their yards? (The balls that fall off of them (their seeds) are brown, hard, and spikey) Gosh, I have two in mine and spent 2 and a half hours raking and bagging those suckers up. That qualifies as exercise, right? I know my hams and quads are killing me.

Hey HCG,
I will post your weight and put it up next week, be sure to check in Monday!!
Are sweet gums something you use to cook with? I've never heard of it, (must be a southern thing?) and YES!!! that counts as exercise!
Anyway I am entering 193 for the 27th and 188 for the 6th.. GREAT JOB!! You're this weeks weight loss winner!

Erg! Up 2.8, but I guess it's not suprise. No focus last week. Clean slate starting today. In fact I'm heading to the gym right now....did we figure anything out on the exercise challenge?
Gook luck!!

Thanks acire!! No, you can't cook with sweet gum balls. I have no idea why they call them sweet gum trees. There balls are hard and spiky and they don't smell sweet; I couldn't imagine trying to chew them. I'm in Kansas, and they are everywhere here. They sound Southern though. I feel like I should say 'Sweet Gum Tree' in a southern accent.
