Hello ladies and congratulation to the ones who have loss. I on the other hand weight is the same . I still weigh 203 pounds hey StayC like you said we need to step it up. I went through a difficult week and I am so glad that it is over. I have not exercised yet and I know I need to get serious about that. My eating has been okay but I really need to exercise, that is how the weight really comes off for me. Come on ladies lets kick some butt and we can do this just think about the summer and how much better we will all look. Have a great weekend.
