I am going to start posting my daily food journal here ... anyone care to join me? I did pretty good today so am going to try to post what I eat every day! I need to be more accountable of what goes into my mouth - hopefully this will help me get myself back OP (lo-carb for me). If you are interested in joining in with me I will be starting a new week every Monday thru Sunday.
