So how is everyone planning on losing this weight? I've decided to reduce my calories to 1500 & I am monitoring that by using ediets free nutrition tracker & so far I think it is helping. I'm eating healthier foods & am actually starting to learn what a normal portion is. I'm feeling hungry, but I suppose that is because I am so use to eating tons of food all day long.
I don't want to spend the rest of my life wishing I would lose this stupid weight, instead I am going to lose this weight and start living my life!
wow! What a great idea and not TOO overwhelming yet, if I can do it I think it'll give me a BIG boost to continue on with my weight-loss journey. Too bad I don't have anyone "special" to celebrate Valentine's Day with, but either way I will be looking GOOOD haha
